The Senior Sales Support Specialist provides support for the Public Sector and Commercial renewals teams. You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency, and help optimize the end-to-end sales process.
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an individual contributor focused supporting our Federal and Commercial Sales teams across the U.S., reporting to the Director of Public Sector Renewals. Your role is vital to the smooth operation of our sales ecosystem—driving improvements in processes, tools, reporting, and day-to-day sales support that enable our teams to close deals faster and smarter.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
Sales Administration Management (CRM, SFDC or Oracle), providing reports through (BO or OBIEE)
Partner closely with Operations team
Act as a trusted advisor to the operations team
Review current processes and improve via consolidation or automation
Track, report and maintain process metrics
Analyze and present key indicators to the Sales team
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of systems enhancements / launches when required
Manage queries on IBR’s, CRM for external stakeholders
Perform administrative process audit checks when required
Manage changes in systems, sales tools, processes, policies and operating models
Provide guidance and strategy on customer or order problems
Communicate regularly and effectively with leadership and team
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING
3+ years of experience in sales and operations
Experience working in the Technology or Enterprise Software Industry is a strong plus
High level of proficiency in MS office skill is a must
Strong personality, coupled with ability to build strong working relationships with other stakeholders and most importantly, comfortable working with Senior Management team is essential
Pay Range:
$25.00- $31.25 hourly

Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
