We are recruiting for a Field Service Coordinator to manage field events to conclusion within defined SLA’s and according to company processes.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Coordinating resources, (vendor / stakeholders).
Managing escalations, ensuring a satisfactory conclusion is achieved.
Assisting Field Engineers with technical queries, verifying appliances status after parts replacement.
Working with Supply Chain and Quality Departments on RMA units and coordinating shipment with partners.
Generating reports on departmental activities in accordance with process.
Maintaining detailed administrative record of workflow within systems provided.
Contributing to the development of systems and procedures by analysing operating practices.
Maintaining rapport with customers, managers, and colleagues.
Maintaining business data on customer by identifying and updating discrepancies throughout customer engagements.
Supporting the resolution of customer complaints by; determining the cause of the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Fluent in English and either French, German or Spanish (desirable).
Field Services background.
Experienced in a customer facing role.
Experienced in Salesforce, Oracle, MS Office.
Working in busy, international environment.
Can deliver on short notice, a multitasker.
Experienced in Logistics.
Must be flexible – working weekends every 6 weeks and selected public holidays.
