As an Engineering Manager for our R&D organization, you will be a hands-on, innovative leader focused on inspiring and managing a high-performing team to drive key strategic initiatives, reporting to the Director of Engineering.

Inspire, lead, and manage a team of world-class developers designing and developing innovative products for our on-prem and SaaS offerings.
Drive end-to-end product development, from gathering requirements with stakeholders to building, testing, and deploying products.
Accelerate high-quality software development through technical thought leadership and innovation.
Mentor, lead, and grow future leaders within the team.
Set clear goals, foster collaborative achievements, and ensure the success of Cohesity’s most strategic initiatives.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING
BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in planning, architecting, and delivering high-quality products.
5+ years of experience building, managing, or leading high-performing development teams.
Proven track record in building highly scalable distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies.
Hands-on expertise in coding and design best practices.
Domain expertise in distributed systems, storage, platform engineering, data management products, and data pipelines/ETL.
