Co-lead the day to day of the Cohesity Customer Trust program, partner with the sales, engineering, legal, compliance, governance and other Cohesity functions as needed to intake and respond to Cohesity customer queries regarding controls applied to the Cohesity products and across the organization.

Maintain customer facing controls resources, manage the intake queue of customer due diligence questionnaires, become an expert in all Cohesity product offerings and generally supporting Cohesity in maintaining mature, auditable controls information for our customers.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

  • Maintain intake and processing of customer requests in SLA.

  • Ongoing maintenance of and updates to our customer facing controls information trust portal.

  • Collaborate and build cross functional partnerships with sales, product, engineering, and all other areas relevant to the secure development, maturation and maintenance of Cohesity product and organization.

  • Maintain and evolve customer trust policies, processes and procedures.

  • Manage and enhance metrics and reporting for customer trust.

  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the Cohesity product offerings, relevant certifications and regulatory requirements.

  • Support contract negotiations with Cohesity customers.

  • Become an expert on the tools used by Cohesity on customer trust.

  • Performs additional duties as required

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

Related experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • 1) Risk management, compliance and/or auditing

  • 2) Vendor Risk Management

  • 3) Corporate law/contracting

  • 4) Enterprise governance

  • 5) Information Security

  • 6) Software development (Networking, coding, hardening, quality control etc.).

  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Contract Management, Sourcing, Information Technology, Information Security, Data Protection, Legal Studies, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Audit, Computing or a related field required.

  • Strong interest in information security.

  • Strong interest in gaining familiarity with common information security management frameworks, such as ISO, SOC and NIST.

  • Great communication skills, in person, on video conference, calls, presentations and text.

  • Organized and task oriented, must remain on top of tracking of due and coming due deadlines.

  • Detail oriented, risk related work must be recorded in a clear and auditable manner, tools and

  • processes must be up to date with accurate information.

  • Must be able to work independently and be comfortable reaching out for support.

  • Team and company success mindset.

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
