The Customer Support team’s mission is to address all support related issues—from product problems down to whether our customer has a faulty cable—as well as services such as implementations, deployments, and installations of our next-gen data management platform. Cohesians on the team work remotely and collaborate globally, providing service around the clock using the sun support model. We are proud of our ability to maintain a 90+ NPS score during hyper growth — no small feat!
